ZeBedee Books - carefully chosen by the Bedees for your reading. Out of print items, used books, “2nds” of SWR teaching items, and some new selections are carefully promoted here in conjunction with SWR teaching.

This is where ZeBedee Books began in 2023, with out-of-print jewels by Ruth Heller for the 8 parts of English grammar: nouns (& collective nouns), pronouns, verbs, adjectives, adverbs, prepositions, conjunctions, & interjections, the World of Language series. Check carefully; you might find a full set of eight!

New items include tales of difficult situations (with solid suggestions and glory to God) from people we know and vouch for, plus vetted young adult novels with fantasy base and more. Old items, or used books of high quality that may be out of print, can provide supplements for your spelling teaching such as Robert Louis Stevenson’s A Child’s Garden of Verses.

A new idea in 2025 - “2nds Slightly Subpar SWR Sets.” One of our Teacher Helper services is adding red marks to SWR rule cards. Sometimes the red pen slips a bit. If it can’t be repaired, the cards are still in great shape but aren’t up to our high standards. So we give a slight discount and post them here for you to save a little if you don’t mind a red mark being in the wrong spot!
